Listen in, listen Ian!
[This will be the only mention of stupid football today, 'mkay?]|
From another forum:
Was talking to a bloke I know who had his son as the mascot at Eastlands for some city game or other. Tyler was in the tunnel area near him afterwards and he got talking to him. He asked if his lad had been the mascot and noticed the dad had a camcorder.
Tyler got the lad and took him over to the advertising boards where they do the post match interviews and once the dad was ready to film, he began a proper post-match interview with the kid as if he'd been a striker who scored a hat-trick, you know stuff like "How did you feel when the third went in Michael?". He did it completely professionally including presenting the kid with an Eon labelled bottle of champagne for MOTM.
I thought it was a very nice touch to be honest and something the bloke had no reason to do other than creating a nice memory for the lad. His dad says the footage looks just like a post-Sky game piece.
What a nice chap.
