Listen in, listen Ian!
[mood |thirstythirsty]

An hilarious throw-away remark by wardytron got me thinking, and do you know, I couldn't make my mind up. So you must make it up for me.

Poll #347965 Which is better?

Is it:

The Broons
Oor Wullie

EDIT: Man alive: paw_broon

You might find you get quite a lot of don't knows with a question like this.

Yeah. I did think about having a "what are you talking about you manic?" option, but if people don't know about The Broons and Oor Wullie, well, they're not all that are they?

All they ever do is hilarious misunderstandings. The Bairn says Granpaw's doing a 30,000 foot free-fall jump. Phewm no, he's not, he's, um, doing something benign that rhymes with 30,000 foot free-fall jump. How we laughed. At least Wullie had adventures. And with his policeman's helmet stealing pranks, I like to think he'd have got on well with Bertie Wooster.

I preferred the Broons. I didn't mind Oor Wullie, but with the Broons there was more variety. Maybe I just like dysfunctional families. I mean, c'mon, Maw's had so many weans that she couldn't be bothered to name the last three.
