What's a good proper Italian pizza place in the West End that it would be easy to get a table for two at early on a Thursday evening without having booked?

Mmmmm, food.

I cooked my rabbit this week. Not a pet one or anything, I'm not odd, but one I bought from Borough Market last week. I made a dish based on a recipe from a book called "Rabbit with rice" (the book wasn't called that, the recipe was). It went something like:

1. Chop rabbit into smaller pieces.
2. Give nasty looking bits of rabbit innard to cats.
3. Shout at cat for dragging bit of innard off to eat off the carpet.
4. Brown rabbit pieces in olive oil in big pot.
5. Remove rabbit from pot and put to one side. Fry finely chopped onions and garlic in the oil.
6. Add tin of chopped tomatoes and stock/water/whatever you've got to pot. Put rabbit back.
7. Bring the whole thing to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
8. Add rice and a load of frozen peas to pot. Bring back to boil, cover and simmer for another 20 minutes.
9. Om nom nom.

It was - and no doubt the leftovers currently in the fridge remain - excellent, but the process pointed up a few things that I need in the kitchen, one of them being a decent chopping board, and the other one being a decent cutting thing for jointing animals. I'm wondering if I should get a big impressive looking meat cleaver? Anyway, I think I'm going to make a point of buying one good quality kitchen thing a month. I've already got some nice Le Creuset pots, a decent stained stainless steel stockpot and a good marble pastry board, albeit I haven't used that one yet. I think I want a good cast iron frying pan that can go in the oven or under the grill too. What else do I need?
