Listen in, listen Ian!

Today's penguin didn't have a joke on, it had a funny fact. Apparently, "A shrimps[sic] heart is in its head". How is that funny? Does it amuse you? Does it? Does it? Is it funny, like a clown? Then how? Is it here just to amuse you? Then just tell me, how the fvck is it funny?
It's Catalan tonight, hooray. If you'd wandered into Diana's Diner in Covent Garden about an hour and a half ago, you would have been able to tell that it's tonight because I was sitting there doing (and getting ketchup on) my homework. Basically, from the time the lesson ends to lunchtime seven days later, I pretty much forget that Catalan exists, which isn't much good really. I need to get more practice, so I think I might start a Catalan livejournal. It might be a bit clunky seeing as we don't do the past tense until next term, but I should have some stuff to say I think.
I was close to having the best ever excuse not to hand in my homework earlier - it was cordoned off by the police. It wasn't alone though - there was a suspect package in the building so we all had to evacuate it. It was a false alarm though, so we're back inside now. Ah, my life - yet again, so close to being exciting. |
