Listen in, listen Ian!
I went and sang karaoke in Soho tonight. It was great, and well done strange_powers for organising it. I sang Life on Mars, Because We Want To, Hello Mary Lou and Waterfall.

People of my age or older who used to watch Paul Daniels on the telly about 20 years ago might remember a bloke he had on who did cool bubble tricks. Well, I found him on YouTube today. Ace!

I'm dying to go to karaoke! Where is this bar then? I'd have picked a Connie Francis number, I think. Or Tenacious D.

It wasn't in a bar, it was at Lucky Voice in Soho - you get a private room for about 12 people for 3 hours. It's great.

They do have a bar too actually.

Ah, it weren't nothin'. Thanks for coming and helping to make it so much fun.

I remember that smoke bubble guy very clearly... I think he died of throat cancer a few years ago.

He's looking well on it, I must say. Not *that* well, but pretty good for a dead bloke.

I've rarely been happier to be proved wrong! Must be a urban myth started by parents who don't want their kids to smoke.
