Ha ha ha! [Mar. 22nd, 2007|04:56 pm]
Listen in, listen Ian!
My boss has just left early to go and watch her children's school play. I
asked what it is, and she said it's a double bill of Toy Story and
The Hundred Years War in French which seemed a disparate double
bill to say the least. I said something along the lines of "Ah, appealing
to two very different audiences then!" and got a bit of a funny look.

I asked what parts her children had and she said her son is playing Hector
and Zeus in Toy Story. I didn't remember those characters, and queried
this. "No," she said, "Troy Story!"

Ah. To be honest, a school play of Toy Story would be a little ambitious,
wouldn't it?

Blimey- that's good, all we ever got was My Fair Lady in our last year, and a Nativity with much shuffling of feet at Xmas.

Toy Story would consist of everybody wanting to be Buzz Lightyear. At the moment he's YoungBloke's favourite person in the world.
