Listen in, listen Ian!
Man, it's late. I was going to write more than this, but in brief:

- I was on a course all day today, and I'm on it again all day tomporrow. It's an Investment Administration Qualification Introduction to Investment and Securities Course, and it's actually far more interesting than it really has any right to be. You can tell the obvious difference between someone whose job is to train people, and someone who's just a programmer who's been roped in to train people (like the 2 hour courses I've been doing weekly for the past several weeks) though. I wasn't almost lulled to sleep by the trainer droning on about a tedious subject once today.

- Book Club tonight was, well, interesting. There were one or two acts that it would be kindest to describe as experimental, although I don't think there was anything that I didn't laugh quite a lot at some part of, and with three and a half hours of fun for 8 quid you can't complain really can you?

- Google Earth has now got hi-res Nottingham pictures. Hooray!

Sorry about odd Book Club. I feel oddly responsible. You two were a little island of proper comedy audience amidst a strange crowd of folkie Jeays fans - I think the perfomers were thrown by the odd responses. Wasn't Isy brilliant though?

There's nothing to apologise for - I enjoyed it plenty. I particularly like that I might have been the only person in the audience to know what MFMG was actually about.

Isy was great, yes. I'm really regretting that I'll only get to see part of the show on Monday - I hope it's a huge success and it's repeated.
