Listen in, listen Ian!
I got an excellent thing for my birthday from eyekiller which is a mobile phone dangly thing with a dalek that lights up and spins round and round when the phone's active. Since I fot in a few minutes ago, it's gone mad and is spinning non-stop, even when I take it off the phone to the other side of the house. There are some rozzers fitting up some asian yoot outside the house - could it be related to them?

One would it assume it works off the same side-effect that makes speakers make that noise when a phone goes off near them, so presumably any HIGHLY DANGEROUS RADIATION in roughly the same range could set it off?

Also Livejournal informs me I made this comment 40 minutes before the post it is commenting on. What up with that?

Mobile phone dangly thing: keitai strappu. I have a Hello Kitty one, but it doesn't flash or anything. The Dalek sounds much better.

Cause and effect? Perhaps your dalek is controlling the local constabulary?

some rozzers fitting up some asian yoot
What on earth does this mean?!

My little monster (similar to your dalek) constantly went off until he finally died (which is why I was "dead little monster" for a while). I attributed it to the fact that my Sidekick actively looks for data all the time, rather than just receiving calls and texts, but maybe I was wrong, and it was the rozzers? fitting up? some asian yoot?

Members of the local constabulary.

fitting up?

Falsifying evidence in order to incorrectly imply that a crime
has been committed.

some asian yoot?

Some of the younger members of the local ethnic minority community.
