Listen in, listen Ian!
I have another new phone. Once the Blackberry they sent me started working,|
I called Vodafone to ask them to enable the browser, at which point they
told me for the first time that if I wanted to use the browsing and email
features on the phone that I'd have to pay them an extra £15 a month, which
hadn't been mentioned at any point on the website during the ordering
process. Tsk. Clearly, I wasn't having that so I've sent it back, and now I
have a new Sony Ericsson K800i, a micro review of which follows:
The camera. 3.2 MP, with a proper autofocus lens instead of one of the
cr@ppy ones they usually put on phones. It takes lovely photos, and I no
longer need to carry a camera round with me seperately. No optical zoom,
but you can't have everything.
The screen is nice and big, and bright.
I have the 2004 world livestock auction champion, from that site rhodri linked to a while ago as my ringtone.
The keypad is a bit rubbery, a bit like a spectrum keyboard and isn't very
I like it. Shiny shiny toy!
My boss has just got back from her holiday to America, and she's brung back
a big bag of Hershey's assorted favourites. I can confirm that Hershey's
chocolate is still horrible, but I've discovered that I like their peanut
butter cups, which is weird since I don't really like peanut butter.
Cybercandy's near my office isn't it. Oh.
