Dear Sainsbury's Customer Service,

It's nice that you appreciate my patience, but a delay of nearly seven
weeks to respond to a comment could be thought to be taking liberties
with it. Do I have any prospect of receiving a reply to my original
communication?

Well, that's reassuring then.

To be fair, they did send you the second automatic email nineteen seconds before you emailed them. Maybe Tom Cruise works in their customer service centre; Jamie Oliver is wallowing around in a shallow pool with wires coming out of his head, gazing listlessly into the distance, whilst the short arsed scientologist farts around about with wooden balls and floating videos.

Do you want me to hand deliver a copy of this email to their head office?

I'll put on make-up and will go out for ikebana lessons.

I'm having the same conversation with Zoom Airlines and their response within 4 weeks automated email at the moment. I'm wondering whether a paper version will get a faster response?
