Listen in, listen Ian!
The best thing about going home for the weekend is that I get to bring back nice crumbly Lancashire cheese, which is what's best for making cheese and jam sandwiches.

Or you can put sliced courgettes in a shallow oven proof dish, add some chicken or veg stock, cover with roughly torn up stale white french stick, crumble over the top Lancashire cheese and dried rosemary and bake for half an hour. Nom nom nom.

Given Lancashire, my usual habit would be to eat it with digestive biscuits like my grandma used to or put it in toasties with bacon. I'm not normally that big a fan of melted cheese but I think Lancashire comes out of the process well.

I now medically require a cheese and jam sarnie!
