|Latitude ticket update.

Listen in, listen Ian!
I went to the delivery office this morning to try and get my Latitude ticket, but the man there couldn't find it. I'd forgotten to bring the tracking number home from work yesterday, so he advised me to call them when I arrived and they should be able to find it.|
I called them in the middle of the morning, and after I heard much searching in the background on the phone, it turned out that despite my having told them I'd moved, and that they now need to send it to my new address - and I have a screenshot from their website saying that they would - Seetickets had sent it to my old address, a fact that the post office man seemed to want to hold me responsible for. After a boisterous exchange of views, which may have featured the phrase "Anyway, I have a redirect in place from that address to my new one, so it should have made no difference where they sent it." the upshot is that I'm going to go and collect it in the morning, so everyone should be happy, but ffs. It's bad enough to have to deal with one incompetent company, but two working in close harmony to try and mess up my life is beyond the pale, really.
