Listen in, listen Ian!

The thing about the moat, while perfectly outrageous, is that it's obscured the superb claim by Sir Michael Spicer for the costs of hanging a chandelier in his main manor house. Beyond the fact that he obviously couldn't possibly fulfil his parliamentary duties without a chandelier, there's the phrase "main manor house". I thought they were only supposed to claim expenses for the second manor house?
As everyone else has, I may as well link to the fantastic Hubble photos. Does anyone know, are these fake colour or does the telescope actually see those colours? They're great either way - my favourite is number nine (warning, internetsdairy, it's a big eye in space but I suggest you steel yourself and look, because it's brilliant). |
