Listen in, listen Ian!
Hooray, it was a good weekend again. On saturday I went and wandered around the shops in Muswell Hill, and did excellent top and bottom of the range shopping (99p store and posh deli, who sell nice pate but like so many other places seem to think that a bagel is just a slightly stale bread roll with a hole in it. Tsk.) Then I watched the football which was pretty good. It's nice that now Ronaldo isn't hogging the goals, the spud-faced nipper is getting the limelight a bit more. In the evening I went dancing at Don't Stop Moving, which was in the seventh circle of hellroom above the Camden Head. My, but it was hot in there though. My t-shirt was so wet that when I was walking back to the station a punk asked me if I'd been in a fight - I guess it must have looked blood-soaked under the streetlights, which is charming.

Yesterday, I went to the Thames Festival, which was excellent. There was a fire garden outside the Tate Modern, which was loads of moving sculptures with lots of lanterns on them. And there were fireworks.

I TRIED to get to the tate yesterday but was in a car and stuck in traffic for two hours before giving up and going over tower bridge for a drive instead! Public Transport is better than driving any day!
