HDNL are rubbish [Jun. 8th, 2010|01:06 pm]
Listen in, listen Ian!
So I'm waiting for an Amazon delivery at home. It's only a book, so I thought it would be safe to get it sent to home, as they'd just stick it in the post. Unfortunately they've used HDNL to deliver it. Tracking details:

"Incorrect address"? Well, the Royal Mail never has any trouble finding it, in fact they manage to deliver 100% of the items that have my address on them. And I don't understand, why was it out for delivery at 8.10 this morning, then scanned back in at 8.41, then out for delivery at 8.52. What are they doing?

Other companies that are rubbish today include First Capital Connect, but everyone in the world already knew that didn't they?

Normally I get 'no answer, card left' when I was in or when I wasn't in and they couldn't get into the building to leave a card. Basically, they lie.

If you replace the word "delivery" with "coffee" or "lunch" as applicable, would that make more sense?
