Listen in, listen Ian!
I dreamed last night that I was doing my O level in Doctor Who studies, for which all the questions had been set by Robin Ince. I had to write all my answers in my passport, and when I filled it up I was annoyed for two reasons: i) Robin Ince wouldn't let me have any extra paper to write on and ii) I'd have to pay for a new passport now.

I can only remember two questions. One was an essay question about The Sea Devils and the other required me to do a comparative review of two novelisations.

There's currently a parade of idiots on BBC1 under the name Rip Off Britain. Seriously? It's not a good idea to put jewellery in an envelope to someone who hasn't even told you how much they'll give you for it? Imagine that!

I can't believe Robin Ince wouldn't give you more paper, since he never knows how to stop on time himself.

Did you see the rugby club? That's my brother's club. He was on for about 2 seconds.

Your dream sounds amazing

Happy happy. Have you told Robin? Tell him. Tell him off too.

I have now had a Robin Ince test dream! In my case, people who passed would be declared his friends and would appear at a future Book Club.

Participants had ten seconds to describe the setup of an amusing thing that happened to them in the past, and then two minutes to continue the story purely through mime.
